Problem Statement & Solution
Ginger Fox was struggling to maintain consistency across their digital platforms and needed a dedicated designer to take charge of their marketing channels. They also faced challenges in being effective in driving engagement and sales.
I stepped in to streamline their digital presence by managing their social channels, handling audience interactions, and running successful giveaways. I designed quarterly product catalogues, created impactful social media ads, developed website content, and utilised affiliate marketing. Additionally, I tracked performance metrics and provided regular reports to ensure everything aligned with Ginger Fox's brand and marketing goals.
Product Catalogue
I took ownership of creating the 40-page product catalogues for Ginger Fox, handling everything from typesetting to layout and ensuring the designs were fully prepared for print. I managed the entire production process, ensuring high standards were met and the final product was print-ready, delivering a polished and professional catalogue each quarter for US and UK markets.
Weekly Newsletters
I managed the creation of weekly newsletters for Ginger Fox distributors, highlighting new product releases, seasonal items, events, and sales. I also ensured that the team managing MailChimp received ready files each week on time, facilitating smooth and timely distribution.
Social Media & Ads
I oversaw social media content for TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, tailoring posts to each platform for optimal engagement. I updated social profiles, including BIOs, to boost lead generation and sales. I managed audience interactions, organised giveaways, and handled product photography and editing. Each week, I posted around five pieces of content, crafted engaging captions, and edited reels to maintain a strong and cohesive social media presence.
Another part of my responsibilities included creating ads for affiliate marketing, both for individual games and themed campaigns. I designed over 80 Google Display Network ads, along with ads for Meta and Google Ads, ensuring they effectively promoted Ginger Fox’s products and campaigns.
